Kata orang prakrin itu serem emang bener? humm jadi penasaran kira-kira prakrin itu beneran serem seperti yang orang-orang bilag ga sih? Nah kali ini aku mau share pengalaman prakrin anak smk nih temen-temen. Biar ga penasaran yuk langsung aja baca blog aku sekarang!

Introdution

When entering the SMK period, there must be something called Field Work Practice (PKL) just like me, in the middle of the semester entering January to June I was required to do PKL. In SMK N 4 Semarang I entered the Model Design and Building Drawing major, so that required me to find a street vendor that was in accordance with my major. Me and one of my friends got a street vendor at CV. Nur Karya engaged in contractors and consultants.

Body

On the first day I did my street vendors on January 3, 2022 I and my friend Arista came to the CV office. Nur Karya at 07.00 WIB. Arriving at the office, my friend and I started making introductions with office employees and also the Director of the CV. After getting acquainted I was immediately directed to my seat and my industry advisor explained the tasks that I had to learn at the street vendors later. The next day my friend and I did office work to design a mosque using SketchUp, arriving on January 10, 2022 at the CV. Nur Karya was visited by friends from SMK N 5 Semarang, which consisted of 4 people, namely Dzowi, Defri, Ananda and Zidan. We got to know each other that day and finished the chores at the office.

The next day my friends and I were assigned to survey the field to see which projects were being worked on and determine who should be in the field first and in the office first. At first my friend and I agreed to use a rolling system once every 2 weeks to move from the office and field, it happened that I was the first to have my turn in the office because my director liked the administrative arrangement that I made, but because my friend Arista did not know office administration so I was assigned to stay longer. I only got the last 1 month to roll into the field on the grounds that my director trusts me for office matters.

When I'm in the office, I carry out my tasks well even though sometimes I experience problems in making weekly progress, I also like being in the office because I feel that the tasks given at the office are really my passion. My industrial advisor taught me to make RAB, time schedule, weekly attendance and recab, 2d and 3d drawings using AutoCAD and sketchy software, make invoices, make weekly work progress, read drawings, make pre-order materials, make gyro and checks, analyze salaries, create bar chat projects, fill in office bookkeeping, take care of office administration. I do this task every day, but there is some work that is done on certain days such as on Wednesday I have to make a recap of the average worker's salary to be totaled and make a check that is used to pay the workers which is usually disbursed on Thursday. On Saturdays, I usually make a worker's attendance record, then print it out and submit it to the Director. The CV print out is usually used to find out how much salary must be paid to workers. On Saturday I also make weekly work progress and sometimes also make bills.

When I'm in the field, I will be guided by the foreman and assisted by the head builder. The work that I do in the field usually observes workers, the work process takes place, takes attendance of workers, records material requirements, reports when the material arrives, tries to make bagel iron, calculates iron requirements, calculates work volume, reports, work progress to CV group. While in the field of work, it is less than in the office but both have their own level of difficulty. When I was in the field, I was demanded to always stand by at the location because goods could arrive at any time. When doing street vendors, the school also gave a supervisor from school. Incidentally, I got a companion, Mrs. Kusmunawaroh. She usually comes to the office once a month to check on street vendor students from SMK N 4 Semarang. In the last 2 weeks of June I was given time from industry to complete the street vendor report from the school.

Closing

When doing street vendors in the industry, I didn't have any problems at all, I got quite a lot of new knowledge from these street vendors. . I also feel like a family in CV. Nur Karya is very strong so that all employees and friends always feel protected. I hope that the knowledge provided by CV. Nur Karya can be useful for me and also for others, thank you.
